I've been playing/maining support since Season 1, but I took a really long break from ranked. I placed Silver Season 6, but I really wanna get back into it. I don't know much about the laning phase anymore and I would really like it if someone could queue with me and give me a few pointers.

You are only allowed to play nami, alistar, janna, and lulu. The rest of the supports are garbage. Trust me.

actually the best supports currently are janna, nami, sona, soraka, karma.
