Need some help

Currently stuck in bronze because early on i mained support and duv myself into a hole by hoping i could have a decent adc. Sadly in silver that wasnt the case. No im bronze 2 and find it impossible to climb do to the fact of trolls and people who cant play the game. I got into league about 2 months ago and all i did was support a friend who turns out hates playing ranked. So now im stuck. I play mid and top as malzahar and can definely hold my own.
