Diamond Top Lane Main LF Competitive Ranked 5s Tournament Team (High Plat+ only Please)

Hey guys, I'm a Diamond Top Lane Main who has a lot of 5s experience since season 4. I have been playing with a group for a while now, but our mid / jungle spot has been creating a problem for how often we play. I am officially looking for a new team in the high plat - Diamond range. I prefer for the team to have been playing together for a while, but I am open to starting a new team. Looking to play in tournaments is also a big + for me. Here is some info about me
