plat 5 jungler stuck in a loss streak, need some help to recover

Hey guys Jad here, currently im stuck in the bottom of plat 5 after easily climbing into plat, not sure why but i have lost all confidence in the league community and dont know how to recover. I have had an afk or a losing bot lane almost every game and i dont know how to recover from this block i have. I think it is in my head but im hoping someone could help me out.

tl;dr looking for someone to help me recover my confidence
