Looking for A 5's team(Tired of dealing with idiots)

Unfortunately I am stuck in the basic rundown where you end up stuck in bronze and still do well in placements while still ending up in the lowest part of the community. I am honestly tired of it and I really wish to find a team that can actually save me from this.
