LF duo partner to climb with (currently silver 1)

Preferably would like someone around the same ranking. I play adc when i can, but i can play any position. People have been telling me to play more ranked since they think i could climb pretty high up but personally i don't like dealing with all the random flaming and just general toxicity of it. So just having one person to replace a random would be pretty nice.
