Silver 4 LF a Consistent s5+ ADC/MID

I've been attempting to climb the ranks of silver and its damn near impossible solo queue wise. I need someone who has excellent mechanics that they can rely on such as 70+cs at 10 mins or less that 5 deaths a game. I really need someone because I consistently do well in games yet I cant win even 1 recently because my mmr has been dropping more and more meaning i'm last pick most games, leaving me to support with other people with steadily dropping mmrs.
