Diamond V Top Laner looking for serious Ranked 5's Team

I am a Diamond V (~30LP) top laner looking for a serious 5's team. I main top but can play support and jungle at diamond V levels as well. I live in Alaska so West Coast preferred for Time Zone reasons, but not against playing with 2 hours ahead. My main champions top are Warwick, Pantheon, Karma, Lulu, and Galio; Support are Leona, Karma, Lulu; Jungle are Amumu, Warwick, Sejuani, Udyr. I have a microphone and headset, Skype, TeamSpeak 3, and Curse Voice. If you are interested in having me tryout for your team or would like to spectate a me playing a solo queue match please notify me in game, I play daily ranging from 6pm-11pm (7pm-Midnight West Coast time).
