Help create a team as an experianced Shot caller

What I'm really looking for is a really well rounded player who can help me and my buddy get better at our current roles as it stands i want to be a top laner i have a decent champion pool however i fall off at the point of poke n trade and in that just fact play so defensively that without a gank i either die or get so out farmed that my opposing top laner carries as for my buddy he is a jungler with decent skill in that regard we are in no way either ready for ranked play though, the up side to this is we have 3 positions where we fill comfortable to play top, jungle, support with that being said i like top lane and he is very keen on getting better at being a jungler if anything we will be willing to switch roles we both learned support enough to help people who struggled in draft and team builder ques we both have Curse voice so if there is anyone out there who has the time to help please feel free to add me on league thank you for your time
