TS3 Looking for TEAMS

I currently have a teamspeak 3 server that is hardly being used and i would really like to see it be used instead of just wasting away......It's up 24/7 w/ hardly any downtime for updates or for hosting issues.

Currently the server only has a few channels(aprox 30) but i really want to see it grow and become active...if the community response exceeds the current cap of (50users) i have plenty of hardware to upgrade the server size.

I'm willing to offer teams (players who do ranked 3's or ranked 5's...or just a team wanting to play normals and hang out together in private) their own room(s) and give them ranks/permissions required to moderate/change/modify said room(s).

I'm also willing to create server ranks corresponding w/ icons corresponding to your Team/Ranked group so you guys can identify as a group easier.

Having multiple teams hosted from a single location would increase players available for practicing, increase team communication, and help build the community.
