Wanting 5v5 Team Rewards (need team/recruitment)

I'm wanting to get the team rewards and am looking to join or if I need to, maybe create a team focused on fun as well as getting the team rewards. I'm in gold V in solo queue, sometimes play like a silver or bronze.
