Can you practice five to seven est on Wednesday and friday

On Wednesday, yes. I can practice Friday until 6:30 est. I'm also on before 5 est on both days.

Ok on Fridays is six thirty the end for the whole day or can you be on after 6 30

I work at 5 GMT on Fridays so I'm generally on before then and after work (mindnight-ish GMT)
