[NA] [Silver IV] [ADC] LF Support for ranked duo queue

I main MF and am hoping for a support with a lot of poke or cc/tanky. Ideal supports would be something along the lines of sona or taric, but you can play whatever you're best at. Voice chat is a plus but not required.
