Gold V LF duo!

I am currently Gold V and have gotten up to Gold 3 and then all the way down again..

I am wanting to find a long term duo partner who knows his or her role very well. I am tired of getting stuck with people who play champions they don't know or roles they don't know and then end up feeding. I know that is the excuse that every one says but it's very frustrating! :)

I main Support/Jungle and can ADC very well as well as mid with top being my worst role.

If you would like to duo with me all I ask is for you is to be my elo or higher, higher would be totally cool but, be at least Gold V. Also be able to keep cool before game, in game, and after the game. Meaning, don't rage at teammates or me for a little mistake, no one is perfect! :)
