Getting out of bronze, becoming a better player

I don't know if this board has been made, or the rules for reposting for that matter, but I need some help from you fellow summoners. I am looking for people to start a ranked team with me, or someone to duo queue with. I am in my qualifications right now, but I know I will be put in to Bronze. I know that if I am asking for help to get out of Bronze I "belong there" but I would just like to actually play a game with a good team of people. Anybody who has been in Bronze knows that you sometimes get the worst team mates and no matter how hard you try, they ruin the game for everybody.

I'm not making excuses, I am just asking people for help.

And if no one is interested in making a team, maybe people can help me learn a different lane. I main ADC and Support, so if I get picked out of my main lane, I am pretty much useless. I'm trying to become a more diverse/versatile LoL player that can adapt to any lane or situation.

If anyone can help that would be amazing.

You don't need to make excuses. I'm happy to play with you before any team invite, but just know I'm working full time with a fairly active life outside of work. During the week I'm often MIA. On frequently during the weekends. If you're interested, look me up.

I hear ya I am balancing school, work and my relationship with my wife. I get an as often as possible, and I usually PM someone if they're online, or message through FB or text. I definitely will when I get online

I suggest learning to become a good jungler who knows how to gank so that way you can prevent the screw-ups that you get matched with in bronze. I like to play yi as jungle cause he has good sustain and in my opinion a damn good ganker (2nd only to pantheon)

I've always wanted to jungle, but I am honestly no good at it during games. By myself, obviously easy, but never had a lot of training in it. Would you be willing to teach?
