LF Other Players under level 30

I have only had the game for less than one month and am only level 19. I have a group of 4-5 friends that i play with a lot, but it is rare that all of them are on at once. They are also all level 30 and very experienced in the game. They also like to play ranked a fair bit and it sucks when i cant join them. Im still new and have lots of things to learn about the game and would love to learn with other people in my same boat.

The main reason im doing this is because toxic players are much more common when you play with people under level 30 and it is very hard to find well constructed teams. If you can go into a game with just 2-3 people that already know what they want to play (and will change their roles if someone calls it first or auto locks) then the teams become better and you can have more fun.

I am on almost all day everyday. We dont even need to be in a skype call (unless you want to), but as long as their are a few people going into a game wanting to win and have fun, it will become much easier to win and have fun.
