Fusion eSports Looking For Team Coach and Analyst

So my team has been practicing daily and doing scrims. Me as a manger has determined that my team should focus more on playing instead of trying to figure out what what mistakes were made and trying to improve on them the next game, while also trying to learn things as they go. I want them to take their minds off that and just play. I am in search of a coach and analyst that will be there every game to help the team where ever necessary. I have had coaches and analysts in the past and they show up for a few practice games then stop showing up so I want them to show up every practice/scrim time. Currently it would be for free but once we get sponsored we can then talk about getting you paid for your efforts. Now I know this is a long shot but you never know.

My team has great potential just need more guidance. They realize whats wrong and fix them after each game. They have set a time whether before or after practice to what I like to call "Knowledge time" where they go over certain things and setting/practice comps and just over-all knowledge of the game, which is great but them as a team shouldn't be focusing on things like that. That should be a coach. Then they go over replays as a team to analyze the game for that night. I feel they are taking too much time going over things like this instead of playing. So a analyst would be amazing to go over things from past games so they can get back to practicing.

Please before you add me be at least Diamond 2+ last season and have plenty of game knowledge for micro and macro managing. If you feel you can help out or at least sit in on a practice night or 2 to determine if you would like to help let me know and we can talk about how you want to go about it.
