Looking for Gold+ players for ranked 5's

Looking for a few dedicated people to fill out a semi-casual/serious ranked team that want to help each other improve on a regular basis. We have 2 people so far Gold 3 and Plat 3 in the mid/top lanes but are pretty flexible as far as roles. We will be playing mostly on weekends and occasionally on weeknights depending on availability. Gold and above is preferred but the truth is the ranked team environment is VERY different to solo Q so we are willing to consider others, as long as you have the willingness and knowledge to improve along with us!

Some important but very simple requirements:

1. Egos checked at the door. We all get a little salty sometimes and we all make mistakes, there is always room for improvement
2. Willing to give and receive criticism as once again, there is always room for improvement.
3. Have time to play at least a couple of games every few days at the least.
