Bronze Jg main looking for a team to do ranked matches with.

Hey guys! Recently I haven't been doing so good in ranked matches because I always have someone on my team either go afk, or disconnect.

Needless to say, I'm pretty tired of it. I know I'm not the best, which probably explains why I'm in bronze 5 right now, but I am very good in the champions that I play regularly. (Or at least I consider myself to be)
