LF team to grind with

I switch from jg/sup/adc, haven't really picked one and say I "main" it yet. I have a lvl 30 account but forgot the password and in the process of seeing if I can get it recovered. In the meantime I'm looking for a team to either push my new account to lvl 30 to do comp or find a team for when I get my account back we can jump into comp. No real high exp or anything so be chill and looking to learn/grind.
