Active/Skilled but Low Elo

Haven't even done my 10 prelims yet because I just hit 30 and am finishing out my runes for the wide variety of champion pool I have. I can fill lanes, I am a diverse player. Great charisma with groups that like to play calm, and organized. Prefer Support > Adc > Top > Mid > Jg. I am in on the east coast, I play anytime the day and rather active. Looking for similar low Elo teams with progression in mind around building an objective oriented team.
