Gold V ADC Main LF Coach

Gold V ADC LF a Coach to help me improve, I'm tired of not being able to carry consistently and going from good games to bad games and every where inbetween. Someone to criticize my performance and give me pointers to get better and be more consistent would be greatly appreciated. Add in game if interested.
