NACS Team to practice until Open Qualifiers (Master Tier 100LP+)
Liberty eSports is looking for a Jungle and Support player. This combination is strongest together in team ranked and are the core of a team. You must be:
Vocal - Lead the team and setup plays throughout early and mid game
Open Minded - Listen to criticism and strategy without giving attitude (It is ok to give feedback and contribute to the conversation, just do not be immature)
Determined - Playing in the LCS is a privilege, you must have the determination to become a professional and devote your life priority to the team
Available - Our team aims to scrim every night around 9 EST, if you can not meet this schedule then we are open to talk about flexibility
SCRIM STRUCTURE:
We have challenger coaching staff working along with players every scrim. Scrim setup will not only just be teams playing, but a division of 3 Categories
PreGame: Discussion of champion select, moving into game with strategy, and acknowledging win condition
DuringGame: Real-time coaching will keep players calmer and in a mindset to begin thinking strategy on their own. The goal of repetitive shotcalling and strategy drilling is to have every player mold and synergize into a team while playing any team composition.
PostGame: Classic review of mistakes and re-iteration of strategy and win condition.
For any qualified player interested, contact Griffunit or Long Kai Duan through the LoL client to set up a day of tryout (can also be that night). We will decide whether you are kicked or not within 2 or 3 nights of scrims. Be sure to fix your mistakes during the day:)
(Disclaimer*** Liberty eSports is new team in the making and is not top/mid tier or close to LCS level in any way. In order to progress quickly enough to be ready for the NACS in November, a set Roster must be decided first.)
