This is lengthy!!! But skip to application part if you already know what a SERIOUS/DETERMINED coach/player wants from a team environment and you believe that you understand what it takes, then you can skip on down and fill out an application and read if you must! Thanks for the cooperation!!! ;)

What is up everyone!! My name is Daniel and my IGN is Toxic NA Jungler and I am simply looking to start a SERIOUS Ranked team that is willing to grind through the ranks and go on a journey to the top with me. I will be the coach on this journey and my job will simply be keeping everyone in line and help improve this team as we go on.

So before I begin with the application let me tell you who i am, and what I expect from the players that sign up.

A little background knowledge of me

I am a Silver 5 player, and I will be honest I am not the best player in the world, but I have a ton of knowledge that can be used to develop a team, and a team community. I have coached teams that have ranged from Silver 3-Plat 3. I do not consider myself a great player to any means, but I do consider my self a great communicator and observer, as well as a great listener and a great coach overall. I do what is best for the team, and always have. I am only 17 years old and still in high school and I believe I am a person with great leadership qualities. I do what I must and do what is best for the team to succeed. I have been team captains in school sports as well as knowledgeable in other big esports. So what I am trying to put across here is that I am knowledgeable in the game of League of Legends, and believe I can lead a team filled of 5 DETERMINED and SERIOUS players/competitors.

Are you meant for this team? (Answer that yourself)

I am a coach that will do what he must to bring his team to victory. I always want to see my players happy. And I believe I deliver that in many ways. So what do I expect from these silver+ players??? I expect them to know that I am expecting a lot from the players or people that apply. I get it will be fun, but serious at the same time. I will sit down and go over the teams success and flaws in matches. I will spectate every game, and I will also have practice times. I just expect people to sign up that are mentally ready for a few long weeks, as we go through this journey together and I grab players, and have a serious evaluation on these players, as I want them to do their best, and I realize that people mess up, but what I saying is... I want to see effort, commitment, and overall teamwork, if you believe you have that. You will be find on this team. Ok moving forward, we must.

So do I (as a coach) enter my teams in tournaments???

The quick answer is... YES!!! I do enter teams into tourneys. But not very important right away. Just adds toy seriousness as a coach.

Practice schedules???

So, practice schedule??? You may ask. Well even though it is NOT SET IN STONE!!! I have always done a practice schedule going by Eastern standard time (EST). The schedule will consist of this, but can be and most likely will be flexed.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 PM est - 10/11 PM EST

NOTE: This may change, but I would expect this. At least for the most part... Expect this schedule. The 4 hours of playing and then an hour of review, and maybe some fun, or a fun filled game. I don't know quite yet.

Ok so moving past the practice schedule.. It may change, but right now it is pretty accurate. It can be flexed, but that actually is not that much. If we play well I will lower time or add time depending on the team needs.

Do we scrim???

Yes, yes we do scrim against random teams (We will get used to them though). I have some teams that may scrim us of not, then it is easy to scrim teams, but P.S. it is easier to scrim when you place, but we won't do that until we are ready for that either.

Ok so overall... I am a coach that is looking for determined players. So sorry for making you guys read this but here is the application! Please take it seriously and take me seriously. I will tell you more if you apply, and I will talk to every and I mean every person very similar, and expect honest, and truthful answers, and do not be afraid to ask me questions.

Can you have your friends join?

I would rather not ask me for that. I want this to be a cool experience for everyone where everyone can learn from one another, and meet some cool, and neat people. So it depends, but probably not.. Sorry.

Will I be the only coach/manager for the team???

No! I will have applications for that later down the road, as of right now? This is a solo project that I just need a group of 5 decent and competent players, that are willing to improve and are silver+ (With exceptions of Bronze 1s... Sometimes, just all depends on the player... Because rank sometimes is meaningless.)

I expect to have a decision on all players, no later than next Friday. Whole week and some hours. So I will not have the players meet until then. And will not have a team created until then. I will select players that I believe are the best in their selected roles, and will try to match people with the qualities of others on the team to help.with communication on the team. So please consider this and believe I. My ability to set up a team, and understand I do want the best for my teams.

Some extra need to know stuff

I will bring the team together once all 5 are selected and hopefully by next Friday. I will play and talk to everyone and play some solo Q game with them and just have some fun and get to know everyone.

Prob is in solo q people are selfish and i usually am outa postion for solo q. As i watch tons of streams and lcs etc i know my postion is correct for team based meta. Just not for solo q where people are selfish. I usually do 95 percent of the damage when my support or someone steals it. Instead of peeling ccing tanking etc.

I feel not only to you have to know how to play the meta but also learn to anticipate meta changes. This is why even some of the professional teams have issues as it changes. You have to be able to adapt. Would you consider yourself a shot caller? This really depends on the position I was playing. As adc I would be willing to shot call tgt selections in fight but not full map calls bc ADC take extreme concentration during laning and trying to call rotation etc can lead to me dying. As support or JG I would have no problem do so. How is you knowledge of League of Legends? I believe I have a very high knowledge cap. I have been an analyst for multiple D3-Master Tier teams and I am able to really break down games. What is your time zone? How often do you play? I want to join a serious team because I am tired of analyzing for others and not getting in any real play for myself. To be a good team you have to be open minded, patient, accepting and dedicated. The moment you shut down or dismiss ideas or teammates you have lost the war before the battle begins. You need to practice together on a regular basis, widen you champ pool and learn to anticipate your enemy.

I appreciate team work and have watched the EU and NA splits for a while. To see plays made by teammates that flow so well is fascinating and encouraging. I would enjoy getting to a level to where I can communicate with specific people and play to everyone's strengths.

You know ranked teams doesn't exist so the only 5v5ing ranked you can do is dynamic queue unless you are doing 3v3 ranked. When dynamic was introduced 5v5 ranked went away. (this is just a comment to when you said scrimming will be easier when placed, but you no longer place as a team so that is null and void)

The reason I want to join a serious ranked team is because I want help improving in my weak points and my strengths, while helping others in the same way. Also, I want another reason to be dedicated even more then I am now to league, So having a team to play on and with would help a lot.
