New Team seeking : Bronze III and up players

I am looking to create not one but two teams for Bronze III elo and higher. If you are committed to improve and play in a team environment then you have found the right team to join. I will mostly be filling the role of coach and analyst role for the teams, however if we have roster issues I will reserve the right for me to step in as a sub if required. Not only we will be playing as a team but there will exercises to help you improve your game (other then simply telling you to hit solo Q).

Here are the requirements:

  • Have a positive attitude and not flame your teammates (No, one is perfect we are all here to improve and get better at the game)
  • Be ranked Bronze III or higher
  • You must have a decent internet connection (not dropping out regularly since this is unfair to your team, or missing several plays because I'm lagging (we all heard that one in the past, I'm not saying it's not possible I just want to eliminate the possibility of this being a recurring issue)
  • You must have a microphone and Skype (without background noise)
  • This is a commitment to a team meaning if you don't show up (or don't advise us that you will not be present is a clear sign of disrespect towards your teammates and you will be disbanded from the team)

Schedule:

We will be playing Daily (Except for Tuesday's and Friday's) at 8:00 PM (Eastern time).

Monday - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) Tuesday - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) [OPTIONAL Team game - Since I am away] Wednesday - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) Thursday - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) Friday - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) [OPTIONAL Team game - Since I am away] Saturday(1) - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later) Sunday(1) - 8:00 PM Eastern until 11:00 PM (or later)

1 - Indicates a Scrim might occur prior to 8:00 PM (maybe around 1 PM depending on other teams) and Off days might happen on weekends (once in a while) as well. Yet again if I'm not present and the team is present by all means please play.

Hey I am on a team now, but I am not sure if they are going to reliably show up. Our support does, but our mid and top both have now just not shown up or told us 30 min after we were scheduled to play that they did not feel like it.

Preferred Role: Mid/ADC Backup Role: Jg

Preferred Champion Pool Lux/Nidalee/Akali/Ahri - Ashe/Sivir/Corki/MF/Caitlyn Back up Champion Pool Shyvanna/Sejuani

Strengths: Roaming to set up kills top or bot as mid, knowing what targets to focus, or fall back and just hit what I can if its not safe.

Weaknesses: Last hitting and trading properly
