• The Unit is a League of Legends Team that practices on a weekly schedule, competes in online tournaments, and a team that provides a competitive environment for the players. The team has a roster of nine players.
• Five players are the starters (or main roster) who play for the team mainly and for the most part compete in tournaments.
• Four players are substitutes (or subs) who play for the team whenever one of the players on the main roster does not show up for practice, scrims, or tournament games.

Commitment: Our players are willing to do whatever it takes to get to the highest level of mechanical play and team play they can. They show dedication meaning they stay with the team and they show up to practices, scrims, and tournament games. Dominance: Our players compete and play on a higher than average level and the team strives to win every game possible. The players never give up and always push through even when the game seems near to impossible to win. Family: Our players treat everyone on the team with respect and are non-toxic. They do not harass one another or trash talk because everyone on the team is part of the family regardless of what position, role, or rank each one is on the team.

• Our Rules
• No Toxicity or Disrespect to any member of the team regardless of position on the team.
• Stay Committed to the team and strive everyday to get better as a player (or coach, analyst, manager)
• Voice your opinion and be able to take constructive criticism.

• Be present whenever you are expected to be somewhere (practices, scrims, tournament games)
• Be active and play on a daily basis and be willing to climb the solo q lader / dynamic q lader.

• The Unit needs serious, dedicated, and committed staff members.
• The postitions are Coach and Analyst.
• We currently have Two Coach Positions Open and Two Analyst Positions Open.

Coach Requirements

• The coach must have a rank of Gold and above.

   *  The coach must be 17 and older.
   *  The coach must have some experience with other teams or coaching players.
   * The coach must be available when the teams practices 1/2 of the time and show up at tournament games.
   * The coach must help each player individually and help the team as a whole.
   * The coach must be able to give constructive criticism and be able to take it.
   * The analyst must have Teamspeak3 downloaded.  
   *  Other requirements not listed may be mentioned when interviewed.

Analyst Requirements

• The analyst must have the rank of Gold and above.

    * The analyst must be 17 and older.
    * The analyst must be available when the teams practices 1/4 of the time and show up at tournament games.
    * The analyst must analyze team practice games and or tournament games.
    * The analyst must be able to give constructive criticism and be able to take it.
    * The analyst must have Teamspeak3 downloaded.
