Support main looking to join ranked team

Hello! I am a Support/ADC main and I am looking to get to Gold this season. However a string of ranked games with 1-2 afk/rage quitting teammates have been keeping me in low silver. I climbed all the way from Bronze V to Silver IV and aim to keep climbing but I can't seem to get away from these people :/ I have tried playing other positions that are easier to carry in but I really thrive in ADC and Support. So, I would love to find a group of competent people who can keep their emotions in check, focus and work together even when we aren't exactly snowballing. Ok, so, a little about me:
