First you need to work on last hitting. Unless you have AOE clear you're averaging less than 3 CS a minute (not great).
Second you need to learn vision control - look at your match history - you're getting ganked pre-5 minutes when you mid and that immediately appears to be a vision or pushed lane issue.
Third - as jungler not seeing you early game participation even when your laners are getting camped. You have more of an opportunity to influence the early game and need to capitalize.

Work on those items and you'll climb.
