LFT Ranked 5's

I'm ADC main LF a consistant team that's already made preferable. I'm on whenever you need me i want to join a serious ranked team to play daily to climb. IGN- Swappped Role- ADC Champ Pool- Graves/Kallista/Tristana/Vayne/Sivir/Corki Skype- Yes Timezone- PST Division- G1 ( Decay of P5 when took a break from league. ) Skills- Mechanically good but mentally dumb at the game so i need a good shot caller.
