Team Meta Break

Hello! I'm narter4, and I am launching a team today that will be focusing on breaking the meta. I would like for the people to join to be either all Silver/Gold or all Bronze/Silver seeing as I am silver and I would like for us to be able to do Flex Que sessions with each other.
