ADC main on TILT need help

Came back to league of legends played in season 4 i was smashing everyone in solo q was like gold 3/2 with a 72% win rate over all

I had plat 4 MMR and the past few days i have been loosing i got onto a smurf account and started playing worse and then got the account hard stuck gold 5 0 LP ik im not the best player in the game or anything but it actually feels like my team mates have been a lot more toxic and more likely to tilt and troll idk if this is do to the new bot lane champs and im just getting a bunch if first times in my lane or what. would like to talk with a high elo ADC player about the game Pref on discord if you have a min feel free to add me in game acc Lókì ty for reading my rant o.o
