Looking for ranked 5s team

Looking for a ranked 5s for the new season. Currently gold 4 player that can play all roles well besides ADC. My farming and laning skills are my strongest assets, my decision making isn't always the best and honestly believe it to be why I'm only gold. I have a relatively deep champion pool and own all champions so trading is never an issue. I have availability all evenings and weekends.

My requests: No ragers, adapt or get over it. No kids looking for a mature group to have fun but still play competitively.
