Silv 3 LF team

So I was silv 3 at the end of the season I can play all lanes but I pref Top, Mid, Support I've been playing league since season 2. I'm willing to show up to practices if I'm available at the time I stopped playing at the end of the season due to moving building a new computer and some other things. I have skype, vent, and teamspeak. I'd like to join a serious team that has high hopes for next season.
