Welcome to Side Effects

I am creating a ranked team and looking to fill out the roster with a group of like minded people all motivated to improve. I find the structured and serious ranked 5's play to be one of the most satisfying ways to play league. I would like to pull together a team that enjoys the challenge that comes with improving at league, and that can maintain a positive atmosphere while we play. Practice will be a combination of a few things. Playing games, reviewing replays, and theory crafting as a team.

Communication will be done with Curse. Team Practices will be around 10pm Central time zone. Specific Days for practice will be set accroding to the team as the roster gets filled.

Here's what I am looking for in my ideal player:

Constantly looking to improve Accepts and understands that criticism is not meant to insult, but help you Has prior experience with ranked 5's 18+ No exceptions Able to keep light atmosphere in and out of game, losses will happen, they are a learning experience Main the role you are applying for, or have mained the role in the past Looking for a long term team.

Rank: Now is bronze 1 sadly highest ever is S1 Team experience: I've been on Three different ranked teams that I started all my self. Why?: I would like to find a good well rounded team to show my true potential of the game, Solo queue isn't showing that. Top 3: Zed, Graves, and Rengar. When I lose I obviously get irritated but I usually move on and ready to play the next game. Keep the knowledge flowing I would like to improve on communication. I have curse. I live in Wisconsin. Cantral time zone.
