Forming 5v5 Ranked Team

Hi, my name is FakeCredentials and I am currently looking for members around Sil5-Gold1 (but I may make some exceptions), positions of ADC, Mid, Top and Jungle for a new ranked team.

More important than the division to me, is each individual's philosophy or behavioral approach to the game. I want the players who understand they aren't perfect, but are willing to learn. I also will take preference for a player who has shown improvement in MMR rating vs. a stagnant but higher MMR, as that is more evidence of how a player approaches LoL.

To me League of Legends is similar to a fast paced chess game, with elements of a basketball team (5 players on the field). There are so many aspects of Leagues such as team comp strategies, mechanics, methods of closing and  personnel morale that affect a team's gameplay, and it is important to at least acknowledge that, as mastering those aspects are what we strive for. 

Simple Ground Rules:

1. No blaming other members of the team. This is my biggest pet peeve. I don't wanna play the blame game, everyone makes mistakes and blaming someone puts the entire burden of a loss on that person's shoulders. No bueno for morale. There is an alternative called constructive criticism. Point out something GOOD before bringing up the mistake, but do so politely.
2. Discussions - AT LEAST a weekly meeting, with preferably the entire team, to discuss team compositions (setting up a poke/harass, sustain, all-in comp that fits all of our champ pools), what counters them and in-game strategies, etc. Also a brief after match meeting, just some quick constructive criticism of the match.
3. Have fun and enjoy the experience! There is so much to learn from ranked play that can improve your performance in SoloQ and maybe in real life as well.
