duo for ranked or norms or whatever

my name's rio, im in b1 (having some trouble with getting to silver) i play top and mid lane and im looking for a duo partner :)

with all the afks, feeders, and just plain terrible league players out there, id like to have someone i can rely on in my games

we can play ranked, or start with norms, whatever you want, but i would like to progress to ranked eventually :3

we can skype if you want, but not if you're over 18, cause things start getting weird and it makes me anxious
