silver jung main looking for duo

I am a jung main but i usually dont get to jungle. my proble is that there is sooooo much bad jungling in silver that even tho i almost always win my lane I lose. I would love to hook up with another jungle main so that it increases my chances of having a good jungle during my games. I have played a long time and I know what it takes to win.
