Looking for ADC, support, top and mid for a 5 ranked team Gold/Silver

I want to make this team so we can work on our individual skill, our teamwork and understading of the game during the holidays. I am a silver 3 jungler and I read a lot about the game. I think playing with 5 people allows you to receive a lot of feedback and get better. We'll try to get our team together as fast as possible and begin to have practise, play in the ladder and join tournatments.
