d5 Mid/Top LF Team

Hey everybody! I'm a current d5 solo queue mid lane main, but I'm playing on a team with mid/high platish 5v5 mmr as a top lane GP only. I'd love to find a team - all d5+ preferably.

s3 I was challenger in 3v3, and s4 I made it to p3 in team 5s. I was world rank 800 on GP for a while, world rank 500 on syndra for a while, and world rank 700 on azir for a while.

Currently I can play GP/Viktor/Syndra/Annie/TF/Malz mid, and GP/Liss/Malz/Malph top.
