Looking for a Dynamic ranked team (I play Support - SIlver 4)

I've been stuck in B5 for past 3 years, haven't been eligible for promo for 4 months, lose more games than I win and I apoligize for everything I do wrong and cant do. Im pretty much the worst player in LoL. More than willing to play if you want.
