Support main LF someone to duo with and help me climb back up, im s5, i was s3 a week ago

I am a solo playing support i dont have anyone to Duo with, i have climbed to s3 and i have bounced between silver for ages i can go 4-6-27 and my team will still lose cuz either jg, top or mid will feed off their ass. i can help control the adc from feeding but its gotten out of hand and i am beeing shielded from demotion to B1, so im looking for someone to help me climb back out, idc if ur a smurf, or a booster, or just a regular player who is extremely good. i just want someone to play with to help me climb the fuck out of this elo hell that im getting stuck in slowly but surely.
