Looking for a coach for a All diamond Team currently in Plat 1 Ranked 5s, soon to be Diamond.

We are looking for a coach, we are asking anyone interested should be committed and will work with me on a daily basis. We record all games for viewing for mistakes and how to improve. We often work on our spreadsheets, everything is currently taken care of on a daily basis were just looking for someone to help the team improve. We prefer someone ranked at least diamond 1 but will consider others. We have 2 challenger lvl coaches coaching other teams across the org, but this is the main team of the org. and I know I am not the best coach for it, and considering I manage the whole org sometimes forget I run 4 other teams. Would like some help with this one.

Experience Coaching: (None is fine will talk to you about your overall knowledge of the game anyways) None but i have spent the majority of my time the past few years watching and learning from the competitive LoL scene.
