LF ranked 5s or duo partner to pull out of Bronze

Looking for either a duo partner, or a 5s team to get out of bronze. Im not saying "wah wah ello hell" i just feel like it would be much easier to climb the ladder with people i can learn to play and grow with, as well as verbal communication (so please have skype/raidcall/curse)
