Reasons for wanting to join: I really want to be a part of a team for season 6. During season 5 i was the Cap of a team for over a year. During that year i worked with my team an outside coach and we got to do a few Turns and got to gold. After i had my baby i had to leave for a time and now i'm back and been playing solid for about 4 months and already got gold and working for plat season 6. The reason i want to join this team is during last season a team gave me the feeling fun back in the game and made me love the game even more then when i 1st started to play and i think joining a team as a member and not a cap will be the best thing for me this season as a player.
Are you serious about a team: Very if above doesn't explain it then the only other thing i can say is i have spent just as much time on Youtube mobafire and all over the net watching plays, i watch worlds every year and have been playing for about 3 years now. A team is just the next logic step for my gameing in league.
Are you willing to get better as a team: I want to be on a team. I want to get better at this game. I want people to play with i trust and are more fun to hang with then running solo. As for a team member beside my baby time and my wife time all my free time can be put into working for this team.
Any questions for me:What are you looking for in a top and how do you feel about your top being able to run other lanes and have prev Cap exp for another gold lvl ranked team? Are these things that you as a leader look for and if so what else can i bring to a team if i must look else where for one?

Reasons for wanting to join:I want to join a team that is looking to practice/play often and to enhance my skill as part of a team rather than just in solo queue
Are you serious about a team: Yes i have tried to put a team together and it just hasn't worked out so i figured i'd try to join a team.
Are you willing to get better as a team: Yes that is one of the explicit reasons I am looking to join a team. Solo queue and team 5s are two totally different beasts, ans with that i am comfortable being a carry or a supportive player
Any questions for me: What is your end goal for this team? Is it just to improve at the game or are you actually trying to make a good team? Will people be replaced if they are creating a negative team environment or are consistently under performing?
