Universe of Us Looking For Dedicated Players Gold +

Today I decided to set out on a dream. This dream involves me making a team called "Universe of Us" and making it into a future pro/challenger team. I know that dream sounds crazy but there have been a lot of crazier dreams and I won't let anybody stop me from achieving this dream of managing this team. I think I can do it with the right players the right coach and the right business mentality. I know a lot of you look for a team then join and a day later no one comes back on back I don't like that crap anymore. I want something real! Something that I can come on everyday and see a group of guys with hard work and dedication in their voices talking about how they are gonna get the next objective after they just got baron. I get you all have lives I do too I'm a senior high school student about to start his second semester but I feel its the perfect time to get this idea started and get it moving. I want people willing to work with the ups and downs of this teams because I know people like to quit when they get put in low elo in provisionals and go on to the next team but I don't want that I want dedicated players on this roster only! People who will fight and grind for every win. People that will stay together no matter win or lose. People that will get over the "shy bug" to talk to each other about the game they love. I'm willing to work hard and put this team in tournaments as soon as can get this team Plat and above and I know that will take work and a lot of commitment of the team and I know we will get there in time but we will take that time to fix any issues if the players are having them. I plan on having this team up ASAP. We will be accepting all elos but of course we want players to play on their respective skill with each other so others don't feel like they're dragging the team down. (We will also be looking for a coach in the meantime and I will look for one ASAP)
