Creating a tournament team for May 17 BRONZE - PLAT

This will only be a temporary team for a tournament. I've been wanting to play one as of late, so I'll be forming a team just for that. ** DO NOT** think that we won't take practice seriously since it'll be a temporary team. Rules are as follows:

Requirements:

You... -Must have map awareness and understand what is happening around your position/lane. -Must understand correct positioning during ganks and/or during team fights. -Must follow the shotcaller's orders at all times immediately. -Must not "rage" or intentionally cause other teammates to stress at any given time. -Must reply below accordingly. I will ignore all applicants who disregard the application form or those who fail to read this post thoroughly.
