Looking for a team (Plat 2 Jungle/top)

Hi guys, My name is Fred and I have been playing League of Legends for over a year and a half now, (since s3 worlds). I've been trying to find a team to play with but lately the only teams I've heard from/worked with are disorganized and only practice extremely late at night which is bad for my schedule. I can play during weeks on most weeks as long as school doesn't get in the way too much, but every weekend I should be free. Ideally I would like a team that has a consistent schedule, maybe even some scrim partners and will want to grind the latter in ranked 5s (possibly enter tournaments or leagues). Anyways, elo of the team doesn't matter I just want to improve my macro game and really learn a team mentality over a solo mentality.
