Mid D5 looking for Semi-serious to serious team

I'm a Diamond 5 player who mains mid that is looking for a semi-serious to a serious team. I can play on most weekends, and sometimes play on weekdays.

I preferably want to join a team that has members that are at least plat 3 but will work with gold players as well.
