LF Duo Partner Gold 4+

Looking for a duo partner that can win lane 80% of the time. I'm currently Gold IV, peaked Gold 1 last month but took a break and stopped trying to carry. Would like to hit Plat V before season ends and i know i can hit Gold2/1 again solo but would prefer a duo partner that knows their champs/mechanics and can win their lane.

I main jungle, but i'm adept in Mid/top/support.
