Bronze should never duo because your partner are equally bad

I suggest to try at watching educational streams and understanding what you need to do when playing a certain role

In solo que then you will get who in your division is good enough to duo with

I made it out of bronze in season 3 found a nice duo partner who synergied with my gameplay and played extremely well

Or just practice alot in normals in preseason try new champs... New builds... Who knows you might find that champ you just are amazing with that you can carry yourself out of bronze... If you wanna duo I would be more than happy to duo just add me in game but I'm s2.. Well its preseason who cares!
